Mengatasi menstruasi tidak lancar

Assalamualaikum wr wb Langsung aja ya..dok.Gini saya pernah dalam 1 bulan menstruasi 2 kali tapi darah mens yang keluar tidak seperti biasanya,maksudnya keluarnya hanya pada malam hari kalau siang hari hampir tidak keluar dan warnanya tidak merah ( kental ) tetapi agak kecoklat-coklatan.Dan berlangsung hampir 2 minggu.Saya sempat ke dokter dan katanya hanya sisa dari darah mens yang sebelumnya.Saya juga konsultasi dengan ibu saya, mungkin karena kelebihan hormon. Mohon solusinya atas cerita saya. Terima kasih.

Sebenarnya ada beberapa keterangan yang kurang lengkap dari cerita Anda yang kami butuhkan untuk membantu menjawab pertanyaan anda, misalnya: umur; sudah menikah atau belum; kejadiannya kapan (1 bulan yang lalu, 6 bln yang lalu, dll), masih berlanjut terus-menerus sampai sekarang atau tidak; adakah keluhan lain yang menyertai -- misalnya nyeri haid hebat, keputihan yang abnormal; kondisi psikologis saat itu (misalnya sedang stres, menghadapi ujian, perubahan lingkungan, dll).
Tetapi baiklah saya coba memberikan jawaban, mudah-mudahan bisa menjawab kerisauan Anda.
Setiap bulannya, secara sunnatullah, berkaitan dengan proses menstruasi, bagian dari otak yang dinamakan Hipotalamus mengeluarkan Gonadotropine Releasing Hormone.
Hormon ini mempengaruhi Hypophyse Anterior untuk memproduksi Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) dan Luteinizing Hormone (LH), dimana kedua hormon ini berperan dalam pengaturan kadar hormon estrogen-progesteron, pelepasan sel telur dari indung telur, sekaligus peluruhan permukaan rahim dengan sedikit perdarahan yang kita kenal sebagai darah haid.
Uniknya, pengaturan kadar hormon ini juga dipengaruhi oleh emosi. Sehingga kondisi psikis-emosi akan mempengaruhi teratur-tidaknya siklus haid.
Pada usia-usia remaja hingga dewasa muda, dimana kondisi emosionalnya belum stabil, tidak heran jika wanita mengalami siklus haid yang tidak teratur.
Pada usia menjelang 50, para wanita juga mengalami siklus haid yang tidak teratur misalnya dalam 1 bulan mengalami 2 kali haid, haid yang berkepanjangan bahkan disertai volume yang lebih banyak, hal ini termasuk salah satu dari beberapa tanda menjelang memasuki masa menopause.
Jika tidak ada keluhan lainnya, tidak ada yang perlu dirisaukan. Sebaiknya, anda berusaha menenangkan fikiran, dekatkan diri kepada Alloh dan jaga pola hidup dan makan yang sehat. Demikian, mudah-mudahan bermanfaat.
